Extraordinary Women {Giveaway}
Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled
Titus 2:3-5
I am finding this Scripture replaying over and over again in my life. When you didn’t grow up in a biblical home (not to say it wasn’t a lovely and loving home), learning to become a biblical woman, mother and wife, can be difficult. It is vital to our walks that we surround ourselves with people who can encourage us, uplift us, and help us stay on the path towards righteousness.
John MacArthur is an evangelist who loves the Lord with his whole heart. He does consider himself a Calvinist, but for me personally, it’s just who he associates with. When we are in Christ, we are all walking the same path. So, Calvinist, Methodist, Baptist or Presbyterian, if you are concerned about walking upright and living a life with true, sound doctrine as your guide, you are a CHRISTIAN!
I am reading a book by John called, 12 Extraordinary Women and I have created a study to go alone with it for my ministry Women Walking Upright (WWU). It has been eye opening and encouraging to read the stories of women that made such an impact in the living breathing Word of our God and Savior. It helps me stay focused, sharing their lives and being encouraged to always be in His presence.
I am offering this copy of Extraordinary Mother that gives a small life overview on 12 women (some same, some different than our WWU study) of the Bible. It is filled with blessings straight from our God’s hands.
