12 Days of Christmas Day 9

Eternal Glory Day 9
"There is no improving the future without disturbing the present." - Catherine Booth

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."
 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Eternal Glory
We must always try to remember that what we see in our life in the present age is only temporary. The most important part, one that we cannot see, is eternal. If the situations we find ourselves in are disturbing or upsetting, we must remember that there is a great chance that He is behind the scenes accomplishing what we cannot see with our eyes but only have faith in with our hearts.

Thank you so much for this. It was the exact thing I needed to heart tonight. No matter what situations we are facing in THIS life, we need to remember that God is only preparing us for our REAL life with Him in heaven. Thanks for all your support! :)
